Who can I contact if I have a question or a problem in the apartment?

Each guest is cared for by a personal concierge, who provides an unparalleled level of attentive and genuine service, more reminiscent of a private home than a hotel.

What are the cancellation policies?
You may cancel without charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. After this period, we will not be able to refund your reservation, except for the cleaning fee.

Is the deposit taken at the same time as the reservation?
For each apartment reserved we ask you a deposit via our partner platform Swikly in case of damage. A pre-authorization will be made on the card, which means that the amount is blocked and not debited. The amount will be released on the day of your departure if the apartment has not been damaged.


Can I extend my stay?
You can contact us by form or by email at bonjour@piedaterre.fr for any extension request.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in
isbetween 4pm and 11pm.
Check-out is until 11am.


How do you get into the apartment?
The day before your arrival we will send you an email containing detailed instructions on how to access the building and your apartment.


Will someone be there to greet me?
You can reach our digital concierge via the contact details provided prior to your arrival. Our mobile team of stewards are able to meet you face to face as quickly as possible if absolutely necessary.

Is there parking at the residence? 

Pied A Terre residences do not have private parking, we are however able to recommend nearby public parking and websites to locate the nearest safe parking at the most reasonable price. 

Can I receive parcels or post at the residence? 

We are not a traditional hotel. We have no front desk/reception and are unable to receive and store your packages. We recommend that you have any parcels delivered to a nearby parcel storage facility.

Can I have an invoice?

Without any problem we can send you an invoice for your stay by email.

Rules of your stay

Are animals welcome?

Unfortunately we do not accept pets or animals on our properties. This is to protect any future clientele who may suffer with allergies.

Can I smoke in the apartment?

Cigarettes are strictly forbidden at our properties and in the communal spaces.

Can we exceed the maximum capacity notified in the advertisement?

The maximum capacity of the flat is notified in our advertisement. For safety and insurance reasons we ask you to respect this limitation or your stay will be cancelled without refund.
